Dear Friends of the Orchestra,

The SHSO Board have been monitoring the Covid19 instructions from the Health Department and advisors on a daily basis and, with regret, it has been decided that the Series One Concerts must be cancelled. This decision has not been made lightly. We are disappointed not to be performing this great programme but priority must be given to the safety of our musicians and audiences.

We will endeavour to schedule these works in future concerts.

For those of you that have booked for this concert series, refunds will, of course, be available. We will contact you in the next few days.

We hope that this epidemic does not last too long.

THREE SHORT CONCERTS

After a long-awaited opportunity, The Southern Highlands Symphony Orchestra presented three short concerts for 2020. This is not part of the 2020 subscription programme.

The programme includes work by:

Mozart, Haydn and Beethoven with violin soloist Lisa Gemell.
Seating is by general admission. Adherence to Covid-19 requirements will be in place.
